When I think of Scandinavia, I must admit that my mind wanders towards a certain furniture company. However, there is so much more to Scandinavia to discover. With that in mind, a pop-up is opening today, offering a taste of Nordic cuisine right here in Zurich. The pop-up, entitled Scandinavian Nights, features a tantalising sounding full menu with both classic and vegetarian options available. And unlike that certain furniture company, you won’t have to assemble the meal yourself.
