The city of Zürich boasts two rivers, the Limmat and the Sihl which converge at Platzpitz by the main railway station. The hike along the Sihl river is a beautiful experience and after around a 25 km hike you will find the restaurant Sihlmatt, located on an idyllic meadow by the river. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine and their home farmed trout. “But it’s cold, raining and I’m not walking 25 km in the middle of February,” I hear you say. Well, the people at Sihlmatt are considerate folk and they are going to bring their delicious trout to the city as well as other home produced culinary delights.
The Sihlmatt are bringing their succulent flavours to the restaurant, Zum Goldenen Fass from the 14th of February until the 9th of March. Please form an orderly queue…behind me.

When living in Lausanne, I used to attend classes where I mainly used pencil & charcoal and drew nude models.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a similar class in Zürich?
