Good to know: High on ice

The temperatures feel right to give ice skating a try. A good start into urban winter pleasures even though the ice rink at the Heuried won't open this year (again), due to (still on-going) construction work. On top, the ice rink in Oerlikon is used for all clubs that can’t use Heuried, so it also won’t be open to the public. Except for this Sunday when there is a free-all-day-skate-day. There are more good news. Dolder is ready for you, dressed up prettily with coloured lights and music in the air (maybe even Ice, Ice, baby). Entry: 8 francs. And there is more – Live on Ice is finally back (after four years), the magical ice rink at Landesmuseum will be open daily from 26 November until 2 January. Entry is free
