Close Encounters Theatre: Lock & Load | Björn Bongaards & Donat Feijóo

It is a fast paced, action-packed, gamey hero's journey of one secret agent through time and space. "Lock & Load" is inspired by James Bond & Black Mirror. It is a fast paced, action-packed, gamey hero's journey of one secret agent through time and space. Björn Bongaards and Donat Feijóo’s duo takes you to the improvised world of the Secret Service in between worlds: fast cars, thundering explosions, loaded handguns, lots of action, expiring timelines and an evil villain who tries to get into the heros way at the critical moment. After all, someone’s got to save the world! Björn Bongaards and Donat Feijóo are two improvisers from Zurich. They teach and perform fulltime at anundpfirsich (pfirsi.ch). They have been playing improv together for over 10 year and performed and taught at several international festivals. CHF 40.00

This workshop involves series of muscular, sensory, memory and emotional exercises to explore our inner energies, harness that potential and convert it into outward expression. In this workshop, we will explore the full range of emotions. This workshop involves series of muscular, sensory, memory and emotional exercises to explore our inner energies, harness that potential and convert it into outward expression. Lola Maggi: Mexican actor, improviser, acting teacher, Theater and Improv director, Tantra facilitator, Yoga instructor and passionate dancer based in Zurich, Switzerland. She started performing in a tv show at the age of 12, then she performed in theater plays before graduating from different degrees. Acting School in 2001, Communication degree in 2002 in Mexico City and then from Film Production in 2005 in Vancouver. She has worked in theater, shortfilms, tv series, telenovelas, advertising campaigns in Mexico, Canada, USA, Argentina, Italy, Thailand and Switzerland. She started with improv formally in 2012 and since then has taken workshops internationally with amazing performers such as Joe Bill, Michael Gellman, Hila di Castro, Rama Nicholas, Fena Ortalli, among many others Musical improv with Laura Hall, Stacey Smith, Sacha Hoedemaker, Raquel Palmas, Adrien Pellerin, The Showstoppers among others. She has participated in festivals such as the Lyon festival, Remix in Edinburgh, The Sing Musical festival and Reborn in Barcelona. She has taught acting to actors and non actors and has offered workshops in America, Europe and Asia in different fields mixing techniques she feels passionate about. In the last years while living in Zurich she has been part of different improv groups with very different styles from comedy, musical to drama. Performing and directing shows in those different styles on a very regular basis. CHF 80.00
