Specialised in Sushi

If you want to come across as a specialist, then stick to following rules when going for Sushi the next time:
1. Eat with your hand – that’s how it’s done in Japan traditionally.
2. Don’t mix the soy sauce with the wasabi but flavour each sushi separately.
3. Dip the fish side into the soy sauce, not the rice.
4. Eat the gari (ginger) only in-between the sushi.
