Alpenrose: A classic returns

It was an emotional goodbye when Alpenrose closed its doors in July, after 22 years. Even the newspapers dedicated articles to the cosy restaurant at Fabrikstrasse and the gap it will leave. If don't know if it was the tears that moved them, but on Monday Alpenrose celebrates its reopening. The concept remains Swiss dishes, national wines. The new management are the city council who turned it into an integration project (similar to Limmathof, Renggergut, Mediacampus and Krone). I hope Alpenrose will blossom again with lots of new guests. If you want to be among the first, you can already make a reservation on facebook.
