For movement people (musicians, dancers, martial artists, performers etc.) who are interested in body techniques like Aikido, Feldenkrais, Percussive Rhythm & Cycle Training, musical movement & meditations in stillness & movement - regardless of their status as amateur, professional performer or student.
We are combining rhythm, awareness and martial arts training in a concentrated atmosphere and will work on the physical, mental and musical attitude/approach for awareness as a person.
Teachers: Nik Bärtsch, musician, Aikidoka & Andrea Pfisterer, 4th Dan Aikido teacher in traditional Aikido and Shiatsu therapist. Cofounder of the Kokoro Dojo, Traditional Aikido Zürich. PhD in Biology.
Assistant: Antoinette Berta with experience in QiGong & Taichi Training, Floorwork & Yin Yoga.
The workshop is co-inspired by David Suivez (Movement Masterclass series) and Sven Fobbe (OHSOTRUE artists).
