Often we understand the inner freedom and peace that letting go would bring us, but how can we let go? At this meditation workshop, Gen Kelsang Devi explains Buddhist methods to dissolve painful emotions, thoughts and hurt feelings and to develop an inner lightness, joy of life and fearlessness. In guided meditations we can internalise these instructions and thereby make them work.

At this meditation workshop we learn to have more realistic thoughts to limit unrealistic expectations and to experience more contentment and happiness.
