A Gift From Graubünden.

As the temperature drops nothing beats a warming soup. And what could be better for keeping the chills away than a «Bündner Gerstensuppe». Food blogger and wonderful Ronster Mel B , (a spice girl?) came up with this great recipe which is easily made and soup-er yummy. The soup uses a speciality of the Graubunden region, the dried beef know as «Bundnerfleisch» but you can leave this out if you fancy a vegetarian soup.

One of my all time favourite bars, Olé Olé is improvising to stay afloat. They have invented a fondue sandwich and…okay, it’s just a grilled cheese sandwich but nevertheless, its crispy, crunchy and cheesier than a Christmas album. «Iklämmt» will be open at the corner of Lagerstrasse and Langstrasse until the end of February. Tues - Fri 11.30am - 2pm & 6pm - 9pm / Sat 11.30am - 6pm
