We would love to invite you to an Open Day at our new boutique Movement Studio on 20th October. Come to find out more about the mixed movement practice, try some of our classes for free or simply enjoy delicious snacks while chatting with like-minded people.

Flow Village is so excited to share that Iftach Vardi – the creator of the Decoding Motion project – is coming back to Zurich in October. This time you will get a chance to learn from him during a two days’ workshop scheduled on 13.10 - 14.10. How amazing is that?

This is a special offer for Flow Village followers to attend a combined session of Budokon Yoga and Mindful Meditation. The duration of the session would be 105 min, but you only pay for a 60 min class (30 CHF).
The session will comprise of a 60 min Budokon class led by Abi followed by a 45 min Mindful Meditation session with Emily Church. It will be scheduled next Thursday, 4th October at 7:30pm. The session will end at 9:15pm.
