Join Yoga Nora and EATbyalex on Sunday May 12th from 9am until 1pm for a fun cooking workshop. Nora & Alex will teach you their favourite recipes that you can easily execute at home for yourself, your children, your family and your friends. The workshop will be centered around brunch because all these incredible recipes are actually amazing to do for breakfast, lunch, healthy snacks to go and dinner! In addition to being easy to prepare, all the recipes are 100% natural. What we eat is who we are.
The workshop is going to be all plant-based with sweet and savoury recipes and we will cook and eat more than 24 recipes at the end of the workshop. You will get a booklet with all the recipes executed as well as some tips to take back home with you.
