Basic Tuning Fork Workshop
Learn how to use therapeutic tuning forks for yourself and others (even pets). These practical and portable sound healing tools include the weighted tuning forks (C, C#, and G) with crystal feet and unweighted tuning forks in pairs of fifths (such as C and G). All of them create a broad spectrum of overtones, which are an important element of sound healing. This introductory workshop includes much hands-on practice in partner work and short group sound baths. Tuning forks will be provided for practice, but please bring your own weighted C128 or C#136.1 tuners and the unweighted beginner’s set of C and G if you have them.
Christine M. Grimm received her certification as a Biosonics Repatterning Practitioner in 2015. She uses tuning forks as part of her Vibratuning Sound Baths and in private Sound Therapy sessions.
According to Biosonics founder Dr. Beaulieu, “tapping Biosonics tuning forks will instantaneously alter your body’s biochemistry and bring your nervous system, muscle tone, and organs into harmonic balance… Experience states of deep relaxation in seconds, reduce stress instantaneously, increase blood flow, enhance immune response, fully integrate body and mind, and transcend to higher levels of consciousness.”
Cost of CHF 40. Please register online at Be: Live Events.
