The office is located in a well maintained private office building in the business district of Silbern, Dietikon (Zürich).
This spacious 17.5 (m2) modern office space is completely private (no-share) and is located on the ground floor, with access to a coffee machine and WC. Currently, it is used only by myself but can easily occupy 2 desks (maybe 3), if needed. Also included is a postbox and signage (optional) for your business/enterprise within the building.
As I will be giving up the lease, I would also be selling on my office furniture.
The total rent for the office space is 280fr per month (paid quarterly) which includes NB. Plus 70fr per month for the private parking space. Total: 350fr p/m
