Bring Me A Dream

During the (very welcome,) wet weather of last week i reacquainted myself with an old friend and saviour during the dark days of lockdown. I am talking of course about Netflix and during my browsing i clicked on the series The Sandman. Based on the DC Comics book written by Neil Gaiman it follows the adventures of Dream, a human manifestation of dreams and nightmares and ruler of his realm, «The Dreaming». If this sounds fantastic then it is. Fascinating, (and very morally ambiguous,) characters, amazing story lines and wonderful casting had me binge watching late into the night. Ironic that a series called The Sandman prevented me from sleeping.
