With all the hot weather we’ve been having it’s great to get out on the water and enjoy the lake. Temperatures are often noticeable lower when you leave the shore so it provides some respite from the sweltering heat of the city. But boating is just for rich folks? Well, kind off. I’ve come up with a few ways to get out on the lake.
Stand Up Paddling
Stay fit, enjoy the sunshine and, if you get too hot, fall in. Stand up paddling is a fantastic way to enjoy the lake. I have found that relaxing, releasing tension and keeping your head up makes it easer to enjoy an early bath. Very zen but make sure you wear sunscreen. A lot of sunscreen. Check the map for some great rental locations.
A rubber boat is a great way to enjoy the lake or the river, especially if you get tired of the cacophony of sounds from about a million boom boxes by the lake shore. You can actually buy them new for under 70 Chf but be aware that there is a few regulations attached to their use. Leave the 12 pack of beer at home and remember the sunscreen.
Alternatively you can rent larger boats with a captain to salute. This is going to cost you more money and when i say more i mean a lot more. But if you can get a few friends together for the ride, although it is not cheap, it is possible.
There is a whole armada of boats that criss cross the lake from Zürichsee Schiffahrt and Gastro and stop at all the towns along the lake. I love taking these boats as they offer a unique view, there is a cooling breeze and, even better, food and drinks. Take the boat to Horgen, Erlenbach, Stäfä or even as far as the tiny island of Ufnau.

What do you think about betting? When you think of betting strategies, the first thing that may come to your mind is money management. You shouldn’t overspend while betting. Otherwise, you may lose a lot more than what you win.

Help young artists and designers keep their employment!
Many of our projects had to be put on hold due to the economic downturn. Additionally, there is no money available to compensate our designers. We need your financial assistance. In exchange, we will provide you with fascinating stuff and other goodies.
Let's get to know our project a little better:
OLIMP was founded in 2022 by a group of NFT collectors, artists, and friends who all craved a simple, yet extraordinary way to display their NFT collection in their homes. Our team has collectively worked together for years in the past developing other projects in gaming, tech, and consumer electronics. We are humbled to have the support of artists and designer friends, and some of the world’s most progressive brands as our customers.
Our mission is "To give everyone the power to create and share art and collectibles instantly, without barriers."
What is an NFT?
NFTs are non-fungible tokens. Unlike cryptocurrencies and tokens, NFTs are unique: each copy exists only once. For example, NFTs are works of art, real estate, or artifacts in a computer game; they are all unique and cannot be copied.
What are NFT marketplaces?
NFT marketplaces are platforms or, more simply, "NFT shopping malls" where they can be sold, bought, or traded. They were created specifically for non-fungible tokens; all digital works are stored, displayed, sold and in some cases, even started here.
What is the OLIMP NFT Marketplace?
OLIMP is a platform for buying and selling non-fungible tokens based on blockchain. The website has a low rate of transaction interest. Additionally, it is planned to establish the following platforms in the near future: Metaverse, a Gaming platform, a constructor of non-fungible tokens, staking, and much more.
