Start at the in the sophisticated surroundings of Le Raymond and enjoy a drink by the side of the river.
From here you can make your way up either side of the Schanzengraben depending on whether you like the sun or shade.
Cross at the Bärenbruggli and grab a drink at Moudi then head along the Schanzengrabenpromenade. For added fun, the last round is on the person who can still say, «Schanzengrabenpromenade» after a few beers.
Sup up and weave your merry way further along the Schanze… Schanzengra… the river path, and climb the stairs up towards Gesnerallee and El Lokal.
From here you have a choice. You can head along the Sihl directly or you can return to the Schanzengraben. Either way stagger the last few steps towards the Rio Bar which boasts a lovely terrace between the Sihl and the Schanzengraben.
