Now, i am trying to be good and (for the sake of my health and the environment,) i am trying my best to cut down on the amount of meat i eat. But on Friday, temptation was too great and i had a «Cordon Bleu» at the Gertrudhof, not far from Lochergut. If you are unfamiliar with the Gertrudhof their speciality is, you guessed it, Cordon Bleu and, whilst i’m not usually a massive fan, they do it so well that it is worth a visit.
