Blend the FroYo ingredients and top the oats immediately.
Granola + 1 cup oats + 1-2 table spoons coconut oil + 1 table spoon yacon syrup (or honey/maple syrup) + 1 table spoon apple juice + Chopped Nuts, nuts, nuts (as much as you like)
Melt the coconut oil. Add the yacon syrup and apple juice. Combine everything well, maybe you will have to add a little more water when you think it's too dry. Or add a little more yacon syrup, in case you prefer it sweeter.
bake the granola for around 20-30 minutes (180)
Instead of salt I added some salted cashew nuts to the granola. I love the combination of sweet and salty! Just make sure to use palm oil free nuts! (Cancer risk)
