For me eggplants and herbs are the epitome of summer. I know we can actually get everything during winter time. But the taste of a sun ripped tomato does make the difference. As well as that most of the vegetables are Swiss ones now. I like.
Combining different flavours makes it even better. Be brave, try various combinations. Since I like a lot of herbs, I mostly use more than one. Adding fruit and nuts to your salad does top it off.
Instead of Mayo I used vegan paneer for a creamy dressing.
Dressing: + 100g paneer (vegan if desired) + 100ml plant based milk (I mostly use oat milk) + 50ml water + 2 table spoons olive oil + 1 garlic clove + 1 table spoon lemon juice + 2 table spoons white sesame seeds + salt & pepper
Recipe: (Serving Size: 2) Preheat the oven on 200 degrees. cut the eggplant & nectarines into slim slices, drizzle the olive oil over it and season with salt and pepper (& rosemary if you like). Roast for around 30 minutes till tender. Meanwhile prepare the dressing. Place the paneer (tofu works too) and the other ingredients in your food processor (an immersion blender is fine too) and blend till it has a smooth consistency. You could also add fresh basil to your dressing. Slice the tomatoes and serve with loads of fresh herbs and the dressing.
The summer days are upon us but what to do? I love the outdoor life but also love to relax on a summers afternoon. Fortunately Zurich offers a way of experiencing both without too much effort and (for Zurich,) a pretty small financial

Is Zurich a beer town? This question formed the basis of a long discussion (last Wednesday in Gonzo,) at the bar with a new friend, (some guy with long hair whose name i have forgotten.) After a healthy and (sometimes,) heated chat,

3. Lucky Dumpling: Authentic Chinese
6 years ago we welcomed 'Dini Mueter' to the Langstrasse. This summer, the bar and restaurant underwent a refurbishment and just reopened its doors with a new concept and a new name. Well, actually the new name is also the concept: Lucky
Organic food Kenya is teaching the community members to become SMART FISHERMEN/WOMEN, fishing themselves and their families out of poverty, lack of food, minimal or no illness permanently, instead of giving them fish for a day.
Organic Food Kenya is developing a farm where sustainable agriculture and permaculture are put together and the community members are involved to participate, learn, work, see ,feel ,taste, eat and implement in their own farms under the supervision of (OFOK) in making surethe transformation is achieved.
The farm is already coming up and we are committed to its success which lies on the fact that a human being is created with unlimited capability of creating things , first in the mind and then actualize through implementation and that is whatORGANIC FOOD KENYA(OFOK) stands for.
Organic Food Kenya is dedicated to promoting sustainable Agriculture and Development for the OVC and youths in total dire need. It also seeks to facilitate the youths to initiate create income generating projects, and as we all as creating development initiatives to employ them. It is starting its operations to respond to the needs of OVC and Youths who are destitute because of the AIDS epidemic. We have currently identified a total of 30 youths and children in total dire need.
PROBLEM STATEMENT/ PROJECT LOCATION
The problem at hand is that in many cases the Organic Food Kenya Family finds itself in financial needs particularly in addressing the physical, material and educational needs for themselves, OVC and the youths. In addition, some of the youths out of school are unemployed in productive venture so as to support themselves. This has not only put the project on the high risk of relying on donor and well-wishers funds to meets it basic needs, but also it will put some of the youths especially girls at an extremely high risk for contracting HIV and other STDs.
Against this background, we consultatively came up with the poultry project as income generating activity as supplementary sources of income to Organic Food Kenya. Furthermore, Organic Food Kenya seeks to provide income generation projects for the youths and community farmers, giving them an alternative way to support themselves and their dependents.
So far through the help of friends we almost done with the structure, we are now doing the floor and we need to buy the wateres, feeders, the solar light, chicks and feeds for the start..
We are in the look out of 2000 dollars to buy these requirements. Remember no donation is too small for us every penny counts.
