Mansarde room

As of April 2023 - or by arrangement - we are looking for a new flatmate for our charming old building apartment.
The cozy attic room (mansard on the upper floor) belongs to a 4.5 room apartment (on the lower floor), which you would share with two roommates and has a balcony and garden.
The location is ideal: very quiet and yet perfectly connected. In 3 minutes walking distance you can reach the Rigiblick cable car station with various public transport connections and shopping facilities.
The special thing about the room is that it is located on the upper floor, which makes it separate and very quiet.
The lease is currently limited (for all of us) until the beginning of 2025. It should also be mentioned that Andrea will also move out in May and you can therefore choose your future roommate.
We are uncomplicated, open and appreciate a respectful interaction. We are not a pure purpose flat share and a cute Tolling Retriever is part of our flat share.
