Subletting a large room in Zurich-Altstetten in shared flat of 4, Aug '22 to Feb '23 or longer, 1210CHF, all included.

Greg, Jan and Markus, aged 28 to 42 would be welcoming you to a new home! It is only guys right now, but was never meant to be, and any gender is welcome to apply.

The room is the 4th of a 4 bedroom apartment in a shared apartment of 4 people, facing west. The room is modestly furnished with a simple bed, open wardrobe, desk and couch. You share the bathroom with 1 person.

The flat has a huge living space with living room, dining area and kitchen. A huge terrace can host all your friends as well. The best of all: We have our own washing machine and dryer in the flat!

The apartment is situationed in a very well connected area at "Farbhof" station in Zurich-Altstetten; tram 2 is on the same street and with a 7 minute walk you are at Train Station Zurich Altstetten, with 2 stops (5min) to HB main station. A mini market is in 50m distance, a large Migros, vegetable store, cafés, restaurants, post office, gym etc. at 200m. Public swimming facilities are just around the corner; with 5 minutes jogging you are Limmat river or in the forest and fields.

We are looking for someone with a similar attitude: independant, social, party-times already done with, and open to participate in shared activites, like movie nights and hikes. We like it neat and tidy, so if you do too, that's a fit! Non-smoker, vaccinated.
