- The room has approx. 12 m2 and is furnished with a bed (1.60 m wide), a small wardrobe (fabric), a desk with a chair, a sofa stool and open shelves.
- The apartment is less than 200 m from Altstetten train station. Very good connection by public transport, including Zurich main station.
- The shared apartment consists of a maximum of 3 people. One roommate is 27 (women) years old and one roommate is 46 (man) years old.
- Living room, kitchen with dining table and bathroom can be used by all flat share members.
- The apartment and the room are in very good condition, everything is neat and clean.
- All personal belongings are cleared out of the room so that the subtenant can use it "un-disturbed".
