My fully furnished city center apartment is looking for a new roommate. The 2 bedroom apartment is on Rennweg, which is off Bahnoffstrasse, 5 minutes walking distance to Paradepalatz and Zurich Main Station. It is 4.5 rooms, modern, looks out onto Rennweg itself at the front (living room, kitchen, dining room) and the old town on the back (bedrooms). A private elevator leads you directly to the apartment, which also has a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, plus a second washroom. A new dishwasher, high speed internet, wifi, big screen tv with cable are all installed. Your bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed and closet and a large additional closet is available in the hallway. It would suit someone new to Zurich who has no furniture and / or someone who wants to live downtown and close to the main train station for commuting. All shops are on your doorstep as well as the city’s main Coop Supermarket.

The rent is 1800 chf a month all inclusive.
