FLATMATE (F/M/X) IN ZURICH SEEFELD WANTED!

hello folks,
since my dear roommate is moving back to vienna, i am looking for a roommate in our beautiful apartment in seefeld in zurich (just east of the neumünster church) starting july 1, 2022. in total, the flat that we would share is 120 m2. half the apartment costs about chf 1400 per month (incl. operating costs, two-week cleaning and internet). what you will find in our apartment: an 18 m2 balcony with a view of neumünster park, a fireplace in the 45 m2 living room with sofa bed, an open kitchen, a bathtub, each room can be accessed separately and everything except your bedroom is furnished and equipped. your own private room is roughly 17 m2. what's more, there are five guest parking spaces. the lease of the apartment is currently limited to june 30, 2023 (but the contract has already been extended once and can perhaps be extended again according to experience). attached you will find some pictures of the apartment.
about me: i am from austria, speak 6 languages (german, english, french, italian, spanish, chinese), live in a committed relationship, work as a management consultant (actually just around the corner) and am interested in mountaineering, theater and jazz (among other things).
I often stay with my girlfriend who lives outside of town, but I like to live in a shared apartment where we sometimes cook together, share stuff, do things together or just hang out - without any stress. 
i am looking for someone who will ideally stay until at least the end of the contract period.
