The available bedroom is 16.5 m2. Your share of the monthly rent will be CHF 1650, inclusive of all utilities and shared amenities.

The apartment is available for moving in starting April 1st, 2023.

It is located in the heart of Wipkingen on Rotbuchstrasse. The apartment is on the 4th floor (top floor), with lots of sunlight from all sides. It is modern. The apartment has a dishwasher, broadband fiber internet, cable, parquet flooring and great views. In the building there is a lift and common dishwasher/dryer facilities in the basement with space to also hang dry your clothes. Also a safe location inside the premises to park your bicycle. Incase you own a car (which is frankly not needed in such a superb location), there are plenty of blue zone parking spots around and near the building.

There are very nice bars and restaurants nearby. A great coffee shop on the ground floor of the same building.
Coop, Migros, Denner, Apotheke (pharmacy), Bakery, Kiosk is a 2 mins walk away.

I am a 31 yrs old female, moved to Zurich 5 years back from sunny California, and living in this apartment since 5 years. I am working here as a tech founder for startup(s). I speak English and Hindi fluently and very basic German. I am easy-going, like to kick back and relax after work. Also, I am mostly working from home. We have the co-working spaces setup in the living room itself as you can see in the photos.
 Few months in a year, I spend traveling for work.
