3,5 room appartment with garden and view on lake Zürich + mountains!

From the beginning of April 2021, I am looking for a flatmate to start a brand new 2-person flatshare. The house is a protected monument, beautifully located, with a view of the mountains and the lake. We would move into the bottom apartment of the house, the upper apartment hosts a 4-person flatshare (aging 24 - 35). We share a garden (including vegetables, fruits, pond, covered seating area), workshop/cellar, and laundry room with the whole house and a kitchen, bathroom, attic, and a small living room (9 m2) by the two of us. The room for rent is 17 m2 and you can consider adding the living room as it is adjacent to your room (17 & 9 m2: 920 CHF/Month). The train station Wädenswil is within ten minutes (by public transport/bicycle) and the lake (on foot) within only five!

I am looking for someone (aging around 25 - 40) who is actively involved in the WG-life, is open-minded, likes get-togethers over a beer/wine, a board/card-game, movies, cooking dinner, or whatever might be a reason to hang out (working on the house/garden for example) You value privacy when needed, are also considerate and maintain a certain degree of order and cleanliness. A plus would be if you are interested in social issues, the energy transition, the environment, or just love life and enjoy being outside :)

I am a 28-year-old Dutchman (I cycle everywhere), dedicated and enthusiastic. I care for plants (both in- and outdoors), love cooking and like to build things (fuelled by my experience in the building industry). This is why I am very happy to have access to a workshop and a garden. I enjoy to be submerged in the outdoors in the form of ski-touring, climbing, (trail) running, skating, everything water-related, and whatever else one can experience outside (camping!). This thus also means that I am often away for a few days/weeks as I love spending time in the mountains. Further, I am passionate about our society which is reflected in my study-related endeavors. At the moment I am studying the MSc Science, Technology, and Policy at ETH, and participate in some projects on the side.
