25m2 room with a private bathroom in spacious ladies-only WG

Are you looking for a room with a private bathroom in a huge flat, with everything you need? Starting from 1st of September, we are looking for a 3rd female roomate for our beautiful, perfectly situated flat, where we live with our young cat.

The apartment has 150m2 and is fully furnished and equipped. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher in the flat, plus fully equipped kitchen and appliances. The available room is very large (ca. 25m2), with 3m high ceilings, making it sunny and bright. Your would have a private bathroom with a bathtub for your own use. Room will be rented furnished (bed, nightstands, armchair, wardrobes with hangers, lamps).

We are two ladies working in finance, who value good vibes and have great respect for each others personal space, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring everyone feels comfortable at home. Both of us work in a hybrid mode, and do home office 2 days per week (or more). As we are already a bit older (29&28) and have challenging jobs, this is not a party flat, but rather a cozy space, where you can relax and enjoy your time. We mostly speak English at home. We have a cute black cat who loves to keep us companion throughout the day.

Note: The common rooms are rented all-inclusive, and rent will cover all additional costs - eg. Internet, electricity, Billag, etc. There is a cleaning lady coming every 2 weeks (paid separately).
