Hi there :)
I am looking for a flatmate from Nov 1st, 2019 to share my 4-room apartment with me.
About the flat:
The apartment is in the Lochergut area of Zurich city (close to Kalkbreite/Bhf Wiedikon). I am the main contract holder at the moment. You can either choose to sub-let from me, or we can both enter the contract as co-tenants. Either way, we share the rent equally, which comes out to CHF 1250 per person per month, including everything.
About the rooms (we can set up flexibly):
Room 1 (15.9 m^2): could be your bedroom as its large.
Room 2 (10.2 m^2): could be our living room, has a small balcony
Room 3 (15.6 m^2): currently my bedroom.
Room 4 (9.6 m^2): could be our dining room/guest room/study.
The flat is mostly unfurnished, and you are welcome to bring your own furniture with you. We can furnish the flat together, so that it feels like home for both of us!
I am 29, male, doctoral student in solar energy engineering at ETH Zurich, originally from India, been living in Zurich for 4+ years. I enjoy hiking and going out. I have enjoyed living in shared flats for many years. I like to keep my home clean and fresh.
I look for a reliable person to share the flat (and rent!) with me, preferably a working professional or another doctoral student. You are cheerful, clean and responsible. Extra points if you know how to make great desserts. ;) Please write to me with a bit about who you are, what you do, past experiences in shared living and interests.
It is well known fact that Swiss people go to the polls a lot but this week is the big one. You may have noticed the proliferation of billboards of grinning (or grimacing,) political figures as the nation gears up for the election

6 years ago we welcomed 'Dini Mueter' to the Langstrasse. This summer, the bar and restaurant underwent a refurbishment and just reopened its doors with a new concept and a new name. Well, actually the new name is also the concept: Lucky
