Room (furnished or unfurnished), in 140 sqm duplex (butler service included ;-))
I am now renting a furnished (or unfurnished), bright, shared room, with private bath (extra large shower), office (home office) / Guest room for shared use and a large balcony. In the appartment you can find additional space to storage clothes, shoes, etc.
You share the beautiful 140sqm duplex apartment with me and my little older dog "Sid". So you have to like dogs, because sometimes other dogs come around for a visit. Maybe you have a dog yourself? Of course, your companion is also welcome!
In the 1600.- Internet and utilities are included.
I have been living in the "James" for 13 years (living with butler service, accepting parcels or taking care of small services such as the craftsman, etc.). The apartment is particularly suitable for living in a shared home. There is plenty of space, you can sit together well but also pull back, since you live together on two floors. I would be very happy to find an open, self-reliant, reliable, fairly decent and fun person who can imagine living with Sid and me. I call these qualities because they probably apply to me too.
There are direct connections by tram and bus to the main train station, Seefeld, Sihlcity, Milchbucktunnel and Altstetten train station. So we are connected with the whole city.
It would be nice if you would write me something about you and what you think is important for you for living together. So I get to know you a little.
