Cute flat near Goldbrunnenplatz

Looking for a nice, friendly flatmate (girl or guy), who doesn’t mind living with cats and who enjoys sharing a drink or meal once in a while :) To move in at the start of next year (January).

Description
The room is relatively small but cute and comfy (approx. 12m2). It has a wooden floor and may come furnished (bed, closet, desk and chair), partly furnished, or unfurnished, as desired. It’s part of a 2-bedroom flat (ca. 70m2). The rest of the apartment is furnished and includes a kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub) and living room. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small garden (for those who enjoy a little gardening :) ), storage space in the cellar, access to shared washing and drying machines, bicycle parking space and WLAN.

Location
The apartment is centrally located near Goldbrunnenplatz, 1 minute away from Goldbrunnenplatz bus and tram stations (trams 9 and 14, bus 32), and 5 minutes away from Idaplatz and Wiedikon. It is approximately 5 minutes away from Langstrasse, 10-15 minutes from the city centre and main train station (HB), and 20 minutes from ETH/UZH zentrum.

Flatmates
We are 1 guy (student) and 2 cats. My current flatmate will leave in December so this will leave me with custody of looking after two cute cats and some plants (which are quite cute too, but are currently a little sad-looking :) ). About myself; I like animals and wildlife, am keen on music, sports, hiking and travelling, and enjoy good food and drink. At home, I enjoy having people over for drinks/dinner but also spending quiet evenings in watching movies and documentaries. I speak English, a little German, and some less useful languages.
