The modern 114m2 apartment (built in 2019) is located in Green City (one minute from Manegg SZU). It is 10 minutes by train from HB (during peak time every 10 minutes) and also 10 minutes by bus from Zurich Lake. Within 2-3 minutes walking distance you can find a Migros, a Wüst bakery and a restaurant with a bio shop.

The living room has 45m2 and two sources of natural light from West and South. It also contains a modern and bright kitchen with a large dishwasher and a lot of cabinets for storage. It has direct access to a 20.5 m2 balcony facing West. The apartment contains 3 bedrooms having 15m2 and two bathrooms, a washing machine and a dryer as well as a storeroom. Laina will move to Bern before the 1st of October, therefore her room will be free. You will share the apartment with Anca, a 30 yo (F) software engineer and Leonardo, 29 yo. (M), who works in finance. We like to exercise, read, play guitar and cook. We are calm, clean and organised persons who will respect your privacy and also will enjoy chatting in the evening. We are looking for a young professional between 25 and 35 yo. with a similar lifestyle.
