Very large room in professional flat share on beautiful street above a park with views of the city. Old, charming and well maintained building. The WG has a large balcony, kitchen and living area, two bathrooms (bath and shower) and comes with 4 international and diverse roommates (3 M, 1 F ages 28-40 something) who love hiking, snowboarding, going for pizza, all the usual stuff. We normally speak English as a common language but also have French, German and Italian spoken in the flat.

My (your) room has a nice wooden floor, lots of windows, high ceilings and lots of space! The room overlooks a park so is very quiet and has no room above it. The balcony also overlooks a small garden so is also quiet.

The price includes the rent, nebenkosten (heating), electricity, all insurance, TV licence, wifi, weekly cleaning service of the bathrooms and kitchen, shared groceries such as toilet paper and cooking oil and a sink fund for unexpected bills, new furniture and sometimes for flat restaurant trips.
No deposit needed. Unfurnished. Available 01 Nov but possible to drop off some stuff up to 1 week before.

Great location 10m walk to wiedikon station, 15m walk to lochergut, 4 mins walk to schmeide wiedikon. Lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops in the area.
