We are looking for looking for a tenant to take over our apartment with terrace and garden in the (raised) ground floor in Zurich Oerlikon next to Berninaplatz. The apartment has a little over 100sqm plus approx. 40sqm of garden. The house itself consists of 6 parties in total.

2 bathrooms, one with shower, one with a tub

Private laundry room with private washing machine and dryer
Drying room which is shared with one other party
Private storage room of approx. 10sqm
1 parking space in the underground garage with wall box for electric vehicles

Distances:
10-15 minutes to Oerlikon station by foot
2 minutes to Berninaplatz with tram lines 10 and 14

Our contracts terminates on the 30.11.2023, an earlier take-over from the beginning of November can be discussed, though.
