Ich wuerde gerne meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung zur Untermiete anbieten. Die Wohnug ist neu renoviert worden im 2019, die Umgebung ist Leise - und trotzdem ist man in weniger als 5 Minuten an der Langstrasse. Die Wohnung ist also sehr zentral, mit dem 31er Bus kann man Tuer zu Zugtuer in 10 Minuten am Zug sein.

Was ist der Deal:
#1 ZEITRAUM: 29.09 - 10.11.2023 (Verhandelbar)
#2 Untermieter Vertrag fuer 1800 mit Mitbenutzung der meisten Moebel
#2.1 DEPOSIT Verhandelbar
#3 MOEBEL:
=>Bett, Schrank, alle Tische(inkl Buero), Kueche alles benutzbar.
-> Die Buecher und kleinere Sachen von mir lasse ich dort, die Wohnung ist also nicht komplett leergeraeumt von meinem persoenlichen Material

Ich suche eine ruhige und vertrauenswuerdie Person, welcher geholfen ist mit dieser eher kurzen Untermiete.
Ziel ist WIN-WIN, fuer Dich wie mich. Kein Stress mit Nachbarn, guter Umgang der Wohnung und du eine guenstigere Bleibe.

I would like to offer my 2 room apartment for sublease. The FLat has been newly renovated in 2019, the environment is quiet - and yet you are within 5 minutes on the Langstrasse. The apartment is very central, with the 31 bus you can be door to door in 10 minutes at the train.

What is the deal:
#1 TERM: 29 Sept - 10 November 2023 (Negotiable).
#2 Subtenant contract for 1800 with shared use of most furniture.
#2.1 DEPOSIT Negotiable
#3 FURNITURE:
=>bed, closet, all tables(incl office), kitchen all usable.
-> I leave the books and smaller things of me there, so the apartment is not completely empty of my personal stuff.

I am looking for a quiet and trustworthy person, which is helped with this rather short sublet.
