I am renting my 3 1/2-room apartment from 15.09. - 29.09. (cost CHF 1200.00) and from 01.11.2023 for long term. You are two to three 30+ year old professionals, University or ETH-PhD candidates who are tidy, clean and respectful of other people’s belongings
The apartment is located in a quiet area. On the ground floor you can enjoy the view of the small flower garden and enjoy the sunset from a large and comfortable sun lounger. From the front door you may walk in the countryside.
In two minutes you are at the stop of bus 75 which takes you to railway station Oerlikon. The motorway entrance in the direction of Baden, Bern. St. Gallen or Airport is only a minute away. However, you will not hear any car, bus or train noise.
The apartment is comfortably and stylishly furnished. Original paintings adorn the walls. All the necessary equipment is available in the kitchen. Sufficient bedding is also available. The fast WIFI is included for the first month of stay in the price.
