Plant-lover wanted for temporary summer sublet (June - Aug)

One room studio for sublet, fully furnished, in one of the best locations in Zurich next to the Chinagarten, in Seefeld. This would be a perfect flat for someone who is temporarily in Zurich over the summer, or who is moving to Zurich and needs someplace to stay for a few months before they sign a permanent lease.

The flat is not available for takeover, unfortunately. I am going to be working abroad for 3 months this summer, from June 3rd until Sept, and so the flat is available to rent from June 3rd until the end of August (the exact dates can be discussed but the flat is not available until June 3rd).

Rent is 1310 per month, all-inclusive. I am not planning on asking for a deposit, but may ask you to sign a contract agreeing to replace furniture if you break/damage it. My landlord may require that I ask for a deposit, though (I have inquired with them about the sublet and will update this once I know more!).

There is wifi and a lovely big desk to work from with a monitor, in case you want to work from home. There's a spare twin mattress in case of guests, a wardrobe to put your clothes in, and an expandable table in the main room for eating that can seat up to 6 people when fully expanded.

There is a bathroom & bathtub as pictured. Water pressure is really good.

Full kitchen separate from the main room (without a dishwasher) - oven, 3 stove hobs, storage for food. One small fridge and freezer. I like to cook and bake, so the kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need to prepare food. No microwave, though :) I will try to add some pictures of the kitchen in the next few days.
