NOV 23 - March 24: Furnished 3.5 duplex apartment with private rooftop terrace

From the beginning of November 2023, our beautifully renovated apartment close to Josefswiese will be available for subletting for five months. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped. It is located on the 5th floor and extends over two floors (upper floor is a gallery). The 50m2 roof terrace is private and accessible only through the apartment.

On the lower floor, there is the large bathroom with rainforest shower and the bedroom, as well as a large living room with open kitchen and dining area.
On the gallery, on the 2nd floor is the laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer, a storage room and a room that can be used as an office or guest area. From the 2nd floor a staircase leads to the spacious roof terrace, which offers a large lounge and a barbecue including hot plate. The plants are automatically watered by an irrigation system and do not need to be maintained.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood.
It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the mainstation. Shopping facilities within 5 minutes walk, many restaurants and bars in the area, good connection to public transport.

A deposit of two months‘ rent must be paid before the start of the rental period and a liability insurance policy must be presented.
