We offer a 2 rooms flat full of light. It is in Minervastrasse near Kunsthaus. Kitchen and Bathroom are newly renovated, with a dishwasher in the kitchen. Both rooms are bright, there are big wardrobes in both, the bedroom and the hall. The street is calm in a 30 kmh zone. Outside there is a bike station, washing machines and tumblers in the cellar. Directly in front of the building is a parking space or city blue zone.
We look for: at least a 3 room apartment, preferably in Kreis 5/6 or Wipkingen for max 3000 CHF.
