The apartment for max. 3 persons is located on the outskirts of Zurich in a quiet green area. You can walk in the countryside right from the front door. In two minutes you are at bus stop 75 that takes you to Oerlikon station and from there to Zurich main station. However, you will not hear any car, bus or train noise. The motorway entrance in the direction of Airport, Baden, Bern or St. Gallen is only a minute away. Nevertheless, there are therefore no noise emissions.

On the ground floor you have a small flower garden. You can enjoy the sunset from a large and comfortable sun lounger. The apartment is comfortably and stylishly furnished. Original paintings adorn the walls. All the necessary equipment is available in the kitchen and bed room. The fast WIFI, electric and heating are included. Bus stop nearby.

For two persons it is convenient and you have enough space also for home office. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. It is situated in a residential area and therefore we request low noise after 22.00 h.
