I am subrenting my 1.5 studio with balcony in a quiet street in Kreis 6 close to Haldenbach. Ideal would be starting 1. of June (dates flexible) long or short term in the centre of Zurich. The flat is located in a quiet street with access to public transport (Tram 9 and 10, Bus 33). As the location is central, you are extremely quick at Zurich HB (11 minutes walking), Langstrasse, Oerlikon, Zurich airport etc. and most of it is in walking distance. The flat is very modern (renovated 3 years ago) and the roof is just under renovation as well. It also comes with a brand new balcony outside, from where you can enjoy a great view on the mountains.
The apartment comes with some furniture and kitchen is already fully equipped with kitchen appliances, plates and cups, glasses. The price is chf 1470.+ 130.- for extra costs wich include almost everything you’ll need (electricity, wash machine top-up,garbage bags, cleaning items, hoover etc..).
Grocery stores like Coop and Denner are in 3-5 minutes walking distance, in 10 minutes walking distance you’ll have the large Migros/Coop at HB.
