Fully furnished cozy apartment (65 sqm + big balcony and a garden) in a quiet and green neighborhood of Zurich (tram/bus stop: Altes Krematorium). Suitable for single or a couple. Just 2 min walk to the tram stop, 2 supermarkets nearby, a short walk to the trendy area of Lochergut. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hi-speed wifi, washer & dryer in the basement (no reservation required). The price is all inclusive (electricity, water, utilities, internet) but please note that there is a cat. Her food and necessities will be provided (she's also insured). We're looking for a tenant who loves cats and will take care of 'Summer' when we're away.
The move in date/month is rather flexible. This can be from January or February or at latest in April 2022. Length of stay: 3-6 months (with possibility to extend). We have subleted before and is experienced with the paperwork (e.g. deposit, contract, etc.).
