I am termporarily subletting my 40 sqm 1.5 room flat next to Zürich Klusplatz.
The apartment is furnished, has a modern kitchen area, bath with tub, cinema screen with projector (Netflix and internet are included in the price, as well as electricity).
I sublet it for 6 months starting with the 1st of february 2021.
The entrence to the forest is 200 meters away and you have a Coop 150 meters away. If interested, just give me a shout and we'll organize a viewing.
