Fully furnished spacious flat directly at Lochergut
We are renting out our spacious nice flat as of March 2023 for a minimum of 6 months with a potential for up to 12 months contract (or potentially even longer).
It's a beautiful 4.5-room flat perfectly located in Wiedikon with Balcony facing towards Lochergut. It comes fully furnished with two rooms and beds perfect for a shared flat or a couple. Big spacious living room with big couch and TV, separate dining area with a big table and a spacious bright kitchen. Incl. washing machine and a space for the bikes in the basement.
We (my roommate and myself) are currently both working abroad for some time and have not yet a clear date as of when coming back to Zurich, however, we are not ready (yet) to give up our nice house.
Hence, we are looking for some uncomplicated nice people to share this nice house with and who take care of our beloved home.
Price is excluding Internet and electricity costs.
