I’m temporarily subletting my lovely apartment (50m2, fully furnished, towels, bel linens, kitchenware included) in the heart of the pretty neighborhood of Wipkingen (Kreis 10).

It has two rooms, one living room/bedroom (with nice view), and one big kitchen (that has a working desk and bookshelves in one corner as well).
There is a dishwasher; three big washing machines and dryers are available in the basement to share with the other residents in the building.

The position of the flat is great, close to a number of hip restaurants and bars. The river Limmat and its “Badis” (bathing spots), especially lively in Spring and Summer, is a couple of minutes away. You can reach the Railway Station in less than 15 mins, and the Airport in 20 mins, by tram.

If you want, the apartment can be rent through August as well.

The price is 1500 CHF/month ALL costs included (also Internet)
