Centrally located furnished 2.5-room apartment: 47m2 in the green

We’d like to sublet our apartment for the months of July and August (exact dates are flexible, but preference to rent out for the full two months. First half of September also possible).

Fully furnished apartment in the 8032 zone on the ground floor with a small garden for the price of CHF 1820 per month (all costs like water, electricity, perfect WiFi included).
There is a small kitchen with a very convenient pantry to store food and other things. Working space: desk in the bedroom and space in the living room. We have lots of plants including our small, but cozy garden (where you can work, have dinners and relax). Washer and dryer in the common room are almost never occupied by neighbours (we use coins for the washing machine, one wash is around CHF 1.30).

Best part about the apartment is its location. It’s on the gold cost, steps away from a beautiful forest/park and a marvellous view over the city by the vineyards. The area is very quiet, yet very close to the main attractions.
Around 5-7 mins walking distance to tram stations for trams 3 and 8, buses 703, 704, 701. 10 mins by tram to Zurich HB and 7 mins to Stadelhofen (walking distance to Stadelhofen ~ 15 mins). You can walk to the Zurichsee by foot in 20 mins. There are two small Coops in 6 mins walking distance, and big supermarkets like Aldi (the cheapest in Switzerland, but still great quality) and Migros one bus stop away.
