4.5-room family apartment, September until mid-Oktober

Family friendly apartment to sublet from September 1 until mid-October. The flat is located centrally in Wipkingen, near Escher-Wyss-Platz, and is fully equipped for a family with 1 or 2 small children. It’s on the fourth floor without an elevator but offers spectacular views from the balcony onto the river Limmat, the city and the Uetli mountain.

The apartment is visibly old but has high ceilings. Kitchen and bathroom though are new and are fully equipped with dish washer, large fridge and a freezer.

Close to the forest, shops, outdoor pools, and playgrounds. Via Escher-Wyss-Platz you’re well connected into every corner of the city, including the main station. If you want you can even get access to our allotment garden, near Werdinsel. As there is a large construction site in the street in front of the house, we are subletting the apartment at a discount. We would be grateful though if you could water the plants.
