We are soon leaving our wonderful studio apartment in Zurich, which is located on the top floor (8th) of a new building located in Kreis 3 close to the tram, bus and train station.

The apartment is owned by the student housing cooperation Woko and comes furnished with an own private bathroom and kitchen.

It's approximately 25 sq.m and is adjacent to a spacious shared balcony. There are shared washing and drying machines in the building.

Our contract is running until 31/01/19, but we plan to leave Switzerland already by 23/12/19.

We are therefore looking for somebody to take the apartment on a sublet basis between 23/12/19 - 31/01/19 for a total price of 1400 CHF (all utilities, electricity, internet / Wifi included).
