Sublease fully furnished equipped - Thalwil - Lake view
Long term sublease: I’m very likely (95% chance) to just leave it completely in about a year (so you could take over the lease). It’s perfect for single expats new to Zurich.
It’s in Thalwil: a low tax city in the Kanton of Zurich (so you can save quite a lot compared to Zurich), with a relative big expat community. It is perfectly situated: Next to the train station, with 8 connections to Zurich per hour (so you won’t wait if you miss your train), and some as fast as 7-8 minutes. It’s also very convenient to go to mountains, Zug, Luzern, Italian part, Italy etc… I regularly took the boat to go home after a workday or the train that goes directly to the cablecar of Flumserberg.
The flat is central and surrounded by shops, coop, migros, denner (+lidl in neighboring Gattikon), restaurants, starbucks, hairdressers etc. You can go the lake (nice free facilities just down the flat) or walk up to the hills and wander in forests and farm land. Many sports facilities (football, track and field, golf…)
The flat has a lot of light and has a big balcony with a full lake view, from Zurich to the Alps (with table, chairs, a big gas grill, plants and lots of herbs for your kitchen).
It is 1.5 room: The bed area can be easily isolated due to the L-shape of the flat. There are a lot of built in wardrobes. And I will leave it with furniture, kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, mixer, coffee makers, toaster, microwave, etc etc…) large 3D TV, cable, soundbar, internet connection… Bed is just 1 year old. There is a fireplace (I never used it as it’s always warm despite minimal heating, just with candles for atmosphere). The bathroom has a tub.
Washer/Dryer is free of use, without planning and hardly ever used by any of the neighbors. The neighbors are easy, I never had any issue despite playing music.
To take over end of November (or perhaps a bit earlier if I manage to finish a few things).
Rent is 1350.- including everything (furniture, equipment, tv, internet, electricity…)
Candidates with a stable situation, deposit (3 months), and civil liability insurance preferred (due to sublease). I plan to have visits around beginning of October.
It is well known fact that Swiss people go to the polls a lot but this week is the big one. You may have noticed the proliferation of billboards of grinning (or grimacing,) political figures as the nation gears up for the election

This weekend a community spirited Ronster alerted me to a suspicious flat advert that appeared on my site. Unfortunately, fraudsters are active on all housing platforms and occasionally they pop up on my pages too. Whilst i do everything i
