I am a volunteer at PAFI, a small foundation in Switzerland that supports 200 children from an underprivileged community in Brazil to go to school and eat a warm meal per day. Recently, we fulfilled the children's dream of a sports field. To complete the project, install plumbing and buy sport equipment we are looking for some additional funding. Because we don't have any administrative costs, every cent benefits the children directly. Here is the link to the project: https://www.crowdify.net/de/projekt/sport-pausenplatz
Does anyone know organisations and foundations in Switzerland that we could contact to supporting our project?
Cause Première is an NGO born in 1995 in Ziguinchor to help the population during the conflict that has affected the Casamance region for years. Today, we are still on the ground. Even if the crisis has passed, the consequences are still visible. We have carried out many projects such as a kindergarten, reforestation of the island of Eloubalire, the village of Madina Boudialabe, and some areas of Ziguinchor, training, and job creation for women. We are currently building a center for women's health and for the design of bio-reusable sanitary napkins. Obtaining external funding is increasingly difficult for a local NGO like ours, but we cannot abandon important projects for the population. This is why we ask for a contribution to enable our organization to be financially autonomous one day. Your help will allow us to strengthen and renovate our handmade soap production center and build a processing center for local fruits and vegetables. These will not only be a source of funding for Cause Première but also of employment and professional training for the local population. This would prevent young people from taking the dangerous road of clandestine emigration.
