Fundraising for community project in Brazil

I am a volunteer at PAFI, a small foundation in Switzerland that supports 200 children from an underprivileged community in Brazil to go to school and eat a warm meal per day. Recently, we fulfilled the children's dream of a sports field. To complete the project, install plumbing and buy sport equipment we are looking for some additional funding. Because we don't have any administrative costs, every cent benefits the children directly. Foreign Vaccination Certificate

I've just been refused entry to a cafe in Zurich because their Vaccine app doesn't recognise my UK vaccination certificate. The owners of the app tell me there are no plans to fix this. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Cat Sitting Zurich

Hi, We are based in Oberhasli, Zurich, and are looking for somebody to sit a few hours with our cat. We are away between Thursday 14/04 and Monday 19/04, and don't want him to get lonely. If you would like to pay our cat company while reading a book, doing your home office, or would like to stay overnight, we and Ninja would be very happy. Price negotiable, and help on only some days would be sufficient, since we will have somebody come and feed him daily anyways.

Looking for girl broken leg,Mädchen mit gebrochenem Bein,Zurich Letten

Looking for the girl with broken left leg reading book in Zurich Letten. I meet her on Saturday 19 Jun 2021 around 9pm. She broke a leg some weeks ago and she had an operation about two weeks ago. Blue (pretty) eyes. She was reading a book and we spoke briefly. She is from Germany. If you see her please tell her that I would love to talk to her again. Auf der Suche nach dem Mädchen mit gebrochenem linken Bein Lesebuch in Zürich Letten. Ich treffe sie am Samstag den 19.06.2021 gegen 21:00 Uhr. Blaue (hübsche) Augen. Sie hat sich vor einigen Wochen ein Bein gebrochen und wurde vor etwa zwei Wochen operiert. Sie las ein Buch und wir unterhielten uns kurz. Sie kommt ursprünglich aus Deutschland. fertility issues

A while ago I saw the start of a discussion about fertility treatment in switzerland and how it compares to other countries. however, i cannot find that thread anymore so i thought i'll just ask again about different expriences.I know that the laws differ from one place to anotherand i assume the price too. a good friend of mine just tried her luck three times here in zurich and was now told that her chances had been better if she'd done it in spain or uk. does anyone know anything about this or has some advice?

English Book Club in Zurich

Do you like to read in English and discuss the book? How does it work: We meet once a month (end of the month) in a restaurant in Zurich to discuss the book and have dinner together but dinner is not a must - of corse! At the beginning of the discussion we give scores and again at the end. It is great how people can see a story differently. Books are mostly fiction although we had some biographies in the past and it is a must to read the book. Looking for mom friend with a girl

Hi I‘m Elisa (35y) My husband and I live in Zurich (near Schaffhauserplatz) with our 16 month old daughter. We both work, love living in the city and travel and see friends whenever possible. We love good food and funny company. Originally we both come from Germany but live here for +10 years. As all my friends have boys I would love to meet a mom with a girl at a similar age sometimes. German or english speaking - doesn‘t matter. I have plenty of ideas what to do together: going to the Zoo, playground, lake or indoor pool, joining one of the kids concerts from ZKO, listening to a book story at Pestalozzi library, going to the museum - or just sit around with coffee or prosecco! :-) If you‘re interested, please write me a message.

Virtual book club

Ciao, who would like to exchange common thoughts and inspiration in this time of "isolation"? We could make a virtual book club. I love to read, but I have never been to a book club (never had the time (or took the time)...). Suggestion: we choose a book until Sunday and then we read one chapter every week - which we discuss together via zoom or skype... I like to read everything, like to be surprised.
